Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of the job follow.
Management may assign other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
Sprays mold with lube as required Operates compression presses Assembles and weighs preps according to molding specification Loads prep into mold per molding specification Closes mold and begins cure cycle Unloads cured parts Visually inspects parts for defects according to inspection standard Trims, inspects and packs as required in finishing specifications Records required information on reports MACHINERY, EQUIPMENT & TOOLS USED:
Compression presses Molds Hoist Spray guns Air hose Various hand tools (scissors, awls, wrenches, brass hand tools, knives) MATERIALS, PROCESS PARTS & FINISHED PRODUCTS USED:
Rubber compounds Fabric Lube Inserts Cured parts Tape Cardboard cartons Bags SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
