Machinist
Our client in the commercial steering industry is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Machine Operators, also called Machinists, to join their team.
As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Sector Shape Department supporting the Machinist area.
The ideal candidate will have a positive work ethic, excellent attendance and be an effective team member which will align successfully in the organization.

00 per hourWhat's the Job? Set up and operate machines to manufacture power steering units Follow general machine shop practices Lift 5 to 25 lbs.
throughout the shift Some repetitive lifting/moving What's Needed? 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated ability to operator metal-working machines including set-ups Experience reading and interpreting work orders, plans and blueprints Basic to intermediate math skills What's in it for me? Training on 1st shift working 6 am to 2 pm, then move to 2nd shift working 2 pm to 10 pm or 3rd shift working 10 pm to 6 am Monday to Friday schedule $21.
50 per hour when training on 1st shift then pay increase to $24 per hour when moved to 2nd shift or $23.
