Modern office setting We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic and engaging team.
The front desk is often the first point of contact for our guests, so we're eager to hire individuals who are personable and professional, and who enjoy interacting with guests.
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for checking guests in and out of our hotel and showing them around our facilities.
This includes arranging transportation for hotel guests as well as explaining housekeeping and other related services available to them.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests.
Answer general inquiries.
Provide directions.
Advise guests about services and amenities.
Book reservations for hotels, restaurants, and special events.
Provide information about hotels and related services.
Answer questions about local businesses and services.
Resolve complaints regarding accommodations, facilities, and services.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Expected hours:
32 - 40 per week
